Golongan Belia di Malaysia dipelawa untuk menyertai latihan teknikal dan vokasional (TVET) di bawah Program 1Belia 1Kemahiran (1B1K) kerjasama antara Majlis Belia Malaysia (MBM) dengan beberapa Pusat Bertauliah di bawah pentauliahan Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Kementerian Sumber Manusia.
